This is odd. I asked Dirk Botschen two days ago and he told me that he has registered and paid. So he should be on the list but isn't.

When I say "movement" I mean at least 5 or more registrations .

I have Dirk & Ferdinand from Germany as new crews, but on the other hand a NL crew didn't pay yet !
Russia Team should come but I do not have numbers at today.

I wouldn't count on the NL crew if they still haven't paid.

As I say and I will repeat … Registered crew have respect the dead line and already paid.
Now for those who wants to come to the meeting will have to managed by themselves hotel booking.

So the Russians say they'll come but haven't registered. Weird
This means they won't participate in any of the events you have planned.
May become a surprise meeting with Russians, Dutch and whomever else we don't have on the radar.

sorry for beeing rude, but as u can see that the russians didnt registerd,
as a bunch of other germans is that there are too many threads with here
a bit and there a bit information and nobody realy gets a real clou....

why dont you open a new singel one and only thread, where everybody can register.
just get all informations into one place and people will register...

Posting on the Forum is not the way to register … to do it you need to complete the Registration Form, send it to us and them pay by bank transfer.
All is described into documents above (first page)…

Anyway Registration dead live is overpassed, so now you managed your trip by your own.

The number of threads is completely irrelevant. The registration process is always the same.
Those who are really interested in joining the meeting should be able to complete the registration.
And those who are unable to do it have to stay home Just my five cents.

Hello everyone

Our International Meeting between the Vosges and Alsace ended sunday afternoon and the whole team is well back.
A total of 26 BMW 8 Series were present during these 4 days representing Russia, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, Romania and France with 45 participants.

On a personal note, I would like to thank all the participants who have come from far away, especially those who contributed to the success of this event: Gilles, Wladimir, Mickael and Patricia (president of the BMW Club Z1).
