The hotel has written that there should be a prepay but till now they don't asked us, so perhaps they trust us.....

As of the meeting and the things we will do, you can pay it on the meeting, no problem, we know eachother for 7 years now? So under friends it shouldn't be a problem....

Also there will be no high costs, a boatferry and visiting a tower, all the other money goes to food, drinks and petrol....and that are well spend Euro's when you drive a 8th...
