Vendredi soir 14 octobre: Accueil à l'Hotel Chateau de Namur*****.

Samedi matin 15 octobre: Après le petit déjeuner pris à l'hotel, découverte de la citadelle, au travers de jolies routes sinueuses et visite de la parfumerie Delforge ou l'on nous dévoile la création d'un parfum...

Samedi après-midi: Vers 13h00, déjeuner au restaurant " Chez Justine", du (pré)nom de notre joueuse nº1 mondiale de tennis, Justine Henin; propriétaire du club ou se situe le restaurant. Un parking sera réservé pour nos 8.

Une autre activité sera prévue puis nous irons au Lac de Genval ou se trouve notre hotel "Chateau du Lac"*****. J'attends encore confirmation des prix proposés, néanmoins, 10 chambres sont déjà réservées pour nous.

Dimanche matin 16 octobre: Après le petit déjeuner pris à l'hotel, nous prendrons la direction de Bruxelles ou nous nous arreterons au cinquantenaire pour visiter soit le musée de l'Armée et de l'aviation, soit Autoworld (musée consacré aux anciennes voitures) pour ceux qui ne l'auraient pas vu. Les musées sont l'un à coté de l'autre, le parking est aisé.

Nous déjeunerons tout près de là, en passant auparavant par le Palais Royal, reprendre quelques photos de nos amies les huit et fin du week-end, qui passera malheureusement bien vite...

Morning : Breakfast from 8:30am departure around 10am
After breakfast at the hotel, we will hit nice winding roads and discover the citadel of Namur. Visit of the Delforge perfume shop and have a guided tour. They will show us how a perfume is created.

We will have lunch at 1pm at the restaurant "Chez Justine". The restaurant is owned by famous belgian tenniswoman no1 worlwide Justine Henin. A special place will be booked for our 8 serie.

After lunch around 3pm we will head towards chateau de la Hulpe where was shot the movie "the master of music" so we can shoot some really nice pictures.

Sunday october 16 :
Morning :from 8:30am departure 10am
After breakfast, we will head towards Brussels and stop the the Cinquantenaire to visit the Army and Airplane museum or Autoworld anciant car museum for those who may never been there. Both museum are next to each other and parking lot is big.

We will have lunch very close to the museums and walk through the Royal Palace to take few pictures of our beloved ladies... the 8 series!!! lol just before saying goodbye since the meeting rapidly fades out.

I just checked the availability of rooms but it's looking bad. Have you already booked / placed a reservation for a certain amount of people? If not, any alternatives to sleeping in the car? I did it once on the way back from Norway and it was f***ing uncomfortable

Either you call the hotel or send them an mail to info@chateaudenamur.com specifying on behalf of Club BMW serie 8. iT IS VERY IMPORTANT OTHERWISE THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY TO HAVE ROOMS. It's the same procedure with 2nd hotel.

It don't look good PE, but we are still trying to make it to your meeting....

We can't make it at time to come, we are very sad to say so.

There is some discussion that some of our members wil come for one day, but I don't have any confirmation about that.

Next year we hope to be on the most meetings again, but for this year it's due of several reasons very difficult and depending on a lot of things.
